The following general terms and conditions apply:

• Minimum of two nights stay applies Reservations are Sun-Fri, Fri-Sun, Sun-Sun, Fri-Fri (other configurations available on request and subject to availability)
• All rates include accommodation, full buffet breakfast and gourmet dinner
• All tariffs are based on a per person rate with a minimum of 2 guests per room
• Mountain budget rooms are for 2 guests only
• Child rate is 3-14 years inclusive when staying with 2 adults
• Infants 2 years and under incur a $35.00 fee per day (no meals supplied)
• Check in time is 3.30pm and check out time is 9.30am
• Complimentary Kids club during school holidays only is for children 3-12 years. Mon-Thursday evenings inclusive. Min 10 children to operate
• Oversnow transfers are at the guests own expense & arrangement
• There is no overnight carparking available at Perisher Valley.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend you insure against the loss of deposit & final payment in the event of having to cancel your reservation

Payment & Cancellation

• Deposit: 60% is payable within 7 days of booking being made
• Final Balance: Due 8 weeks prior to arrival. if reservation is made within 8 weeks of the arrival date full amount is due & payable
• Cancellation: Within 8 weeks of arrival date 100% of the total value of booking/s are non refundable.

Reservations will be automatically cancelled by our reservation system if monies have not been received by the due date. A fee of $50.00 per person, per amendment, will apply to reservations altered after the deposit has been paid. Cancellation Fee $100.00 per person.

WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND INSURING AGAINST THE LOSS OF DEPOSIT & FINAL PAYMENT IN THE EVENT OF HAVING TO CANCEL YOUR RESERVATION FOR ANY REASON.

Budget Weekend Escape

Family Package

• 21-26 June, 6-11 Sept, 13-18 Sept, 20-25 Sept
• Accommodation is a Sunday through to Thursday night inclusive
• Check in is after 3.30pm.

• Kids stay free rate is for children aged 3 – 14 years inclusive &only when sharing with two adults
• Kids rate is for admin. and food requirements. Meals only from the children’s menu.
• Limit of (2) two free children per (2) two paying adults on the twin share rate applies per room
• Mountain Budget Family Package applies in two Mountain Budget twin share rooms i.e. Adult rate x 2, Child Rate x 2.
• Deluxe Resort , Attic & Manor Family Package applies when the first (2) two guests in each room pay the adult rate
• All children on the free child rate are provided with a special children’s menu for dinner
• Any child on the free rate who wishes to dine from the normal dinner menu will be charged the full accommodation, dinner & breakfast rate – the Kids Stay Free package then becomes null and void
• Kids Club is complimentary and is available during school holidays only from Monday to Thursday night inclusive 6-9 pm minimum of 10 children for program to operate
• All parents will need to book their children into Kids Club on a daily basis along with their meal requirements; an order form will be available each day at Reception prior to 11 am. Min 10 children to operate.
